Limit of one trade-in per customer. The device will be evaluated by HYLA Mobile ULC at its sole discretion. In-store trade-in credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade-in.

Products purchased using in-store trade-in credits cannot be returned for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade-in transfers all rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any claim against TELUS or HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade-in program. The HYLA Mobile ULC trade-in program is available in Canada only and may be canceled at any time without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the condition of the device being traded-in.
